GROUP HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS. The City of South St. Paul is seeking proposals for Group Health and Welfare Benefits – Medical Insurance Plans. Proposals accepted until 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 21, 2026. Send Physical Copy to: City of South St. Paul, Attn: Shelly Anderson, 125 3 rd Ave N, South St Paul, MN 55075 and Electronic Copy to: Jason Ottmar at Marsh & McLennan Agency; Jason.ottmar@marshmma.com . Copies of the Request for Proposal, existing labor management agreements, and existing contracts are available free of charge at Marsh & McLennan Agency, 6160 Golden Hills Drive, Golden Valley, MN 55416. No vendor may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date of opening bids without the consent of the City of South St. Paul. The City of South St. Paul reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding of advertisement. City of South St. Paul reserves the right to select the proposal which best meets the needs of the city pursuant to M.S. 471.6161.
