Term Contract

Notice is hereby given that the City of Gulfport will receive sealed bids until 10:00 am,

local time, December 1, 2025 at the Office of Procurement, located at 1422 23rd Ave,

Gulfport, MS 39501 after which time they opened and read aloud, for the following:

Group C1 – Limestone

Group C – Concrete Pipe

Group C2A – Culvert and Ram Neck Piping

Group C8 – Infield Material

Group J - Ductile or Cast-Iron Grates and

Frames

Group J1 – Water & Sewer Line Supplies

Group J2 – Pre Cast Concrete Manholes

Group K - Sewage Control Panels and

Pumps

Group P – Street-Marking Signs

Electronic copies of the bid packages are available by contacting jversiga@gulfport-

ms.gov or from www.gulfportmsbids.com. All bids must comply with the

specifications provided. The City of Gulfport reserves the right to amend the

specifications as necessary and agrees to notify all parties having requested bid

packets. For any questions relating to electronic bids contact Plan House Printing

at www.planhousprinting.com or 662-407-0193.

All bids are to be submitted on the bid form as provided within the specification

packet. Failure to do so may disqualify the bidder. Bids can be uploaded to the

Planroom at www.gulfportmsbids.com or delivered to Department of Procurement,

Hardy Building, 1422 23rd Avenue (2nd Floor), Gulfport, MS 39501. The City is not

responsible for any bids which are mailed to the wrong address or which arrive in

the mail after the designated bid opening time. Bids may be delivered in person to

the Owner’s office prior to the bid opening at the time, date and location listed

above.

The City reserves the right to accept bids by items or by group and to reject any or all

bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Gulfport. Bids will be awarded

to the “lowest and best” bid submitted.

Sealed bids must be received in the Office of Procurement no later than December 1,

2025 at 10:00 am, local time at 1410 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501 or online at

www.gulfportmsbids.com .

Any questions in reference to the bid must be received via email to jversiga@gulfport-

ms.gov no later than November 24, 2025.

Minority and Women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as

prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential

subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs.

The successful bidder must adhere to the City’s policy concerning non-

discrimination without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex, national origin or

handicap.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the

opening thereof.

Direct contact with any City employee, GRC Commissioners, including

Administration and City Council, on the subject of this proposal is strictly

forbidden. Violation of this paragraph will result in disqualification of your

submission.
