Groundskeeping - Mowing, Landscape & Irrigation Services

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and resources necessary to perform comprehensive mowing, landscaping, and irrigation services, including irrigation system repairs and maintenance of related site systems and structures, in accordance with the contract specifications. The Contractor shall also be responsible for all required reporting, coordination, and administrative functions.

Pinellas County seeks to procure comprehensive mowing, landscaping, and irrigation services through a single, integrated Request for Proposals (RFP). The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one qualified vendor capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to maintain County-owned properties in a safe, functional, and aesthetically appropriate condition.

The selected Contractor shall be responsible for the full scope of routine and corrective services, including mowing, landscaping maintenance, irrigation system operation and repairs, and the care of related site systems and structures, as defined in the contract specifications. In addition to field services, the Contractor will be required to provide all associated reporting, coordination, and administrative support necessary to ensure service continuity, performance accountability, and compliance with County requirements.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the proposer’s demonstrated experience, technical approach, staffing and resources, ability to manage integrated services across multiple sites, and overall value to the County.
