Groundskeeping Maintenance Services, Los Alamitos, CA

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Groundskeeping Maintenance Services at the Joint Forces Training Base located at 11206 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720 for a duration of Thirty-Six (36) Months and is estimated to begin on or around February 2026 through January 2029, in accordance with the technical specifications.

Contractor must possess a C-27 -  Landscaping Contractor¿s License.

Contractor must possess a valid Pest Control Business License and a Qualified Applicator License (QAL) or Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) issued by the State of California, Department of Pesticide Regulation.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on December 10, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. at 11206 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720.  Prospective bidders shall allow enough time to check in with security prior to the start of the jobwalk. Prospective bidders shall bring valid Governmental identification to gain access to a Federal site such as Real ID or Passport. Prospective bidders must be signed-in at Bldg. 244¿s parking lot on the left-hand side after entering the base to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB. To be clear, bidders must be at Bldg. 244¿s parking lot, in line physically to be signed-in, at exactly 10:30 A.M. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Jessica Jauregui at bids@cmd.ca.gov.
