Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement Appendix A - RAF Welford - estimate for Road Sweeping has been updated from 0 to 14 miles.

2. Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule - RAF Welford Road Sweeping under estimate tab has been amended from 0 to 14 miles.

3. Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers updated 23 Jan 2025 has been added.

4. Attachment 5 - 501st Combat Support Wing BASH has been added.

5. Attachment 6 - Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan has been added.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Make the following amendment to Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule

CLIN 0006 - 7006 Leaf Clearances RAF Lakenheath have been increased from 2 to 10

CLIN 0006 - 7006 Leaf Clearances RAF Mildenhall have been increased from 1 to 5

CLIN 0006 - 7006 Leaf Clearances RAF Blenheim Crescent have been increased from 1 to 5

CLIN 0006 - 7006 Leaf Clearances RAF Caversfield have been increased from 1 to 5

CLIN 0006 - 7006 Leaf Clearances RAF Brampton have been increased from 0 to 5

CLIN 0006 - 7006 Leaf Clearances RAF Welford have been increased from 1 to 5

2. Amend submission of questions date to 23 January 2025 at 1200 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

3. Extend solicitation submission date to 28 January 2025 at 1550 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Attachment 4 - Questions and answers has been added.

2. Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule has been amended. RAF Brampton CLIN numbers 14 and 15 have been added for pricing.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged

This requirement is to provide grounds maintenance services to 12 USAF visiting force installations in the UK, with an anticipated period of performance of five (5) year ordering period with a three (3) year optional ordering period. The geographically separated units are located at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall RAF Feltwell, RAF Molesworth, RAF Alconbury, RAF Fairford, RAF Croughton, RAF Welford, RAF Caversfield, RAF Barford St. John, RAF Brampton, and RAF Blenheim Crescent.

The contractor shall provide non-personnel services to include all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision to ensure grounds maintenance is completed to the AF standard. This shall include but is not limited to; mowing, edging, trimming and weed control; remove debris/police grounds; dead animals and leaf removal; lawn conditioning; fertilization, and aeration; pest control; lawn renovation; prune shrub, hedges and other plants; maintaining semi-improved grounds; mow, and trim; maintaining perimeter fence line; maintain Bird Area Strike Hazard (BASH)/ SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) areas; maintain unimproved grounds; maintain surface drainage ditches, perform snow/ice removal and ice control services and Road sweeping services.
