This Invitation for Bid describes in detail the contract to purchase Grounds Maintenance Equipment (Edgers, Irrigators, Walk-Behind Mowers, Riding-Mowers, etc.) for Collin County's use. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, various Stihl, Echo, and Scag equivalent products that will help Collin County maintain its grounds.
SAE refers to the Society of Automotive Engineers.
SAE J1995 refers to a standard that provides a basis to measure torque and gross engine power with a dynamometer.
FPM refers to feet per minute.
