GROUNDS MAINTENANCE – ALL LOCATIONS
All providers of this type of service are required to attend a one-time meeting to discuss the Bid, site locations and participate in question-and-answer session. Bidders are requested to meet at Central Arkansas Water, OZARK POINT WATER TREATMENT PLANT. 701 N. MARTIN STREET LITTLE ROCK, AR 72205. The Pre-Bid Conference will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday March 16, 2026. Following Bid instructions and Q&A, Bid Price Sheet and site location information will be provided.
Bids will only be accepted from responsible contractors who attended the MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE.
Central Arkansas Water Board of Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
