Texas State University is soliciting competitive Solicitations for the selection of one or more qualified and capable vendor(s) to provide Grounds Landscaping Maintenance Services to the University. This Solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for Respondents to be considered for this project. The University expects to enter into one or more contract(s) with the selected individual(s) or firm(s) to provide the services.
