Grounds and Landscape Maintenance for East Summary Court

The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals for grounds and landscape maintenance services for Greenville County East Summary Court located at 320 West Main Street, Taylors, SC 29687.

The contractor{s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide contracted services. It is imperative that the services provided support the healthy growth of grass to ensure a rich green color and a neat appearance free of debris. Properties must be meticulously managed and maintained to present a professional look. Contractor(s) shall have extensive experience providing grounds and landscape maintenance for commercial facilities.

The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with the option for four (4) annual renewals, reserves the right to add or remove locations at any time during the contract term, and may award contracts to one or multiple vendors.
