The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified vendors to provide groundline pole inspection services for the Electric Services Department. First term of the contract shall be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The contract is renewable for up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
