The City of Groton, Department of Utilities are requesting formal bids to furnish and install two passive intake screens with suspension system, a floating dock system with foundation and anchorage, and piping modifications at the Smith Lake Reservoir and Pump Station, including all testing and sanitizing and the demolition of the existing dock and screens.
