Selective demolition and replacement of interior walls and doors to facilitate removal and replacement of Trane rotary-screw water chiller. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids.
