Selective demolition and replacement of interior walls and doors to facilitate removal and replacement of Trane rotary-screw water chiller. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at: 68 Groton Long Point Road, Groton CT, on December 17 at 2:00pm.
