Contract Terms:

Set for June 15, 2026 Board approval

Initial Contract will begin July 01, 2026 through June 30, 2027 for one (1) year, with the option upon both parties' approval for an additional four (4) one (1) year extensions.

NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
