Description:

The City of Attleboro is requesting bids for the grinding and removal of the brush pile (compiled of branches, sticks, shrubs, small trees, etc.) and leaf pile, at the Attleboro Compost Center at 29 Pond Street North, Attleboro, MA. The Contractor will remove all brush and leaves from the pile at the site. After the grinding, all brush and leaves from the pile shall be removed with all other areas to be left intact. Bids must include all labor, equipment, materials and mobilization. Site Visits are MANDATORY. Contact Cheryl Perry @ 508-223-222 x3253. Grinding to be completed by January 30, 2026 or a mutually agreed upon date.

To be eligible to bid on this project, bidders must view the leaf and brush pile at the Attleboro Compost Center, located at 29 Pond Street North, Attleboro, MA 02703.

Site visits may begin immediately. To schedule an appointment, contact Cheryl Perry at 508-223-2222 Ext 3253. Preferred visit times are: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, Fridays and Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

If these days or times do not work, accommodations can be made upon request.

Proof of site visit is required. Any company that does not review the site with a City of Attleboro Health Department employee will not be eligible to bid.
