INVITATION TO BID - PROCUREMENT OF GOODS
PACKAGE GRINDER PUMP SYSTEMS
TOWN OF CHATHAM, MA
Sealed Bids for furnishing and delivery of equipment to the Town of Chatham, MA will be received by the Town Manager in her office at 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633 until 2:00 PM local time on October 30, 2025, and at that place and time will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work consists of furnishing, delivering, servicing, and warranty of approximately two hundred (200) pressure package simplex grinder pump systems and ten (10) replacement pump cores, of the progressive cavity type (collectively referred to as the “Goods” or “Goods and Special Services”), to the Town of Chatham Department of Public Works (DPW). Refer to the Technical Provisions contained at the end of these Bid Documents for a full description of the Goods and Special Services sought in this Invitation for Bids. Delivery to the Town of Chatham DPW shall be on a periodic basis as detailed in the Bid Documents, with all units delivered within three years following execution of the Contract with the Town of Chatham. Partial shipments and associated services shall be required monthly per bidding requirements.

Email shall include contact name, company/business name, address, email address, and phone number. No response will be given to questions received less than seven (7) days before the Bid opening date.
Bidders shall review and acknowledge all Addenda on the Bid Form.
The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price for the Goods and Special Services specified in these Bid Documents.
Bidding and award of this Contract shall be required to comply with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, and all other applicable Massachusetts General Laws.
The Town of Chatham reserves the right to waive any informalities in its sole discretion or to reject any or all Bids to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Bidders are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that Bids have been prepared without collusion with other Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. This certification is included with the Bid Form and each Bidder must sign in the space provided.
