This is Addendum No. 1 to the RFP Specifications for Proposal and Qualifications for Professional

Services for Griffith and Grant Street, County Road #657 – Resurfacing and Safety Improvements Project (From Route #49, M.P. 0.00, To The Salem City/Mannington Township Municipal Boundary, M.P. 1.30, A Distance of 1.30 Miles). This addendum shall be made part of the contract documents. This addendum serves to clarify, revise, and supersede information contained in the bid specifications.

The date/time originally established for receipt of proposals for this project has changed; the question due date shall be, July 15th at 12:00 p.m. (NOON), proposals shall be opened at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

An authorized representative of your company shall acknowledge receipt of this information on the “Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda” form provided in the RFP Package.

Failure to acknowledge and return with your RFP Submission the receipt of any issued addenda for this RFP on the “Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda” form provided in the RFP Package shall be cause for your RFP to be rejected pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2.e.

You are hereby notified of the below listed questions/changes/clarifications:

• Anticipated Governing Body Action is – AUGUST 6, 2025
