Center Street Sidewalks Ph 2A (Greenwood) (Tap-20) (S) Sebastion County ARDOT Job # 040856 will be received by City of Greenwood         at the office of Greenwood City Hall 30 Bell Rd. Greenwood, AR 72936 until 7:00 pm Central Time September 14th , and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Preference given to local bidders in accordance with Ordinance No. 15-19.
The City of Greenwood hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
Build America, Buy America provisions apply to this project.
