Greenwood Pool Pavilion Project

The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the Greenwood Pool Pavilion Project. The project includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk and walkway, site grading, installation of new wood framed pavilion, concrete pad, sidewalk, plantings, wheelchair ramp, curbing, and other work, appurtenances, and incidental items as set forth in the contract documents.

Sealed Bids from Subcontractors addressed as referenced above will be received by the City of Gardner at 95 Pleasant Street, Room 217, Gardner Massachusetts 01440 until 3:00 p.m. local time on May 28, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Filed Sub-Bids with the required Bid deposit will be received for: Electrical.
