25-3940 Greenville Zoo International Farmyard and Event Space

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new International Farmyard and Event Space at the Greenville Zoo, located at 150 Cleveland Park Drive in Greenville, SC. This project includes sitework, the demolition of an existing farmyard exhibit, and construction of  a new large barn with event space and two small enclosure spaces on either side. The large barn will consist of holding pens for the animals and a guest walk through on the lower level, and an event space on the second floor. The two exhibits on either side of the barn are guest walk through exhibits and animal holding areas (add alternate 1). The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction plans and project manual.

The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the project as designed and intended.  It is the contractor’s responsibility to visit the site and review all construction plans.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, April 9, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., April 2, 2025.
