Greenville Parking Lot Resurfacing

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Greenville Parking Lot Repaving project. The construction limits of this project include parking lots at Holmes Park and Cleveland Park, along with a portion of Cleveland Park Drive adjacent to the Greenville Zoo.

The proposed scope of work includes traffic control, 4” patching, edge milling, and resurfacing.

All parking areas and roadways are owned and maintained by the City of Greenville. The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the job. It is the contractor’s responsibility to visit the site and review all construction plans. The project does not include any federal funding and federal requirements do not apply.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, March 5, 2025.  The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., February 26, 2025.
