24-3847 Greenline-Spartanburg Neighborhood - Master Plan and Infrastructure Improvements Study

The City of Greenville is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms for comprehensive land use planning and engineering services for the City’s Greenline-Spartanburg Neighborhood. The City’s intent is to build upon previous planning efforts with an updated focus resulting in a master plan that provides alternative recommendations for revitalizing this neighborhood. To address the infrastructure conditions and prepare for growth and development, the City is seeking a consultant to develop an updated master plan and infrastructure improvement plan that is consistent with both the goals of GVL2040, the City’s comprehensive plan adopted in 2021, and the City’s newly updated Land Management Ordinance, which is effective as of July 2023.
