Scope of Services
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish an agreement with a qualified Respondent to provide all labor and material for the refurbishment of three (3) existing greenhouses located at the district’s high schools.
Awarded Respondent shall be responsible for providing all qualified labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete refurbishments at each greenhouse as outlined herein in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. Refurbishments/repairs shall include re-covering (including replacement of gutters and downspouts); replacing or refurbishing of wet pad systems and vents; replacing of exhaust and HAF fans and gas-fired heaters; and replacing or refurbishing of control and irrigation systems.
