Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Compliance Checklist and General Plan GHG Emissions Policy Updates

The Town of Windsor (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms, and/or organizations for an update to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) section of the Environmental Resources Element of the Town’s 2040 General Plan, creation of a GHG compliance checklist (“Checklist”) to streamline the environmental review process pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and to assist the Town in community outreach and engagement as part of preparation of the updated General Plan policies and Checklist (“Project”).  The Town was awarded a California Clean Energy Planning Program (CCEPP) grant for these activities. This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides information to prepare and submit proposals for this Project for consideration by the Town.
