Greene County Reservoir Raw Water Main

Bids on the referenced project will be received by the County Administrator in the Greene County Administration Building, 40 Celt Road, Stanardsville, Virginia 22973 until 2:00 P.M., local prevailing time, Thursday, September 18 2025, and then publicly opened.

Bids may be withdrawn using the procedure set forth in Virginia Code § 2.2-4330 B.1.

The project will consist of the following work:

• 11,475 feet of 24-inch raw water main piping,
• 43 feet of 48-inch steel casing pipe under Fredericksburg Road using jack and bore methods,
• 51 feet of 48-inch steel casing pipe under Westover Drive using open cut methods, and
• Related incidental work.

The County will award the contract on a lump sum bid basis.
