	Project Description:	The work under this contract consists of replacing curb ramps and sidewalk pieces on Green bay street between the blocks of East Avenue and the West leg of 22nd street. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and shall be executed under the requirements of the City standard details; the City Standard Specifications and Procedures and these Special Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work as indicated on the plans and in these Special Specifications.
