Green Work Shirts
Description:

It is the intent of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Division of Industries, to establish a contract to procure Green Work Shirts, per the detailed specifications below:

CHARACTERISTICS	REQUIREMENT
Fabric	Twill (or similar subject to approval from Corcraft)
Fiber Content	Cotton / Polyester Cotton: 35% / Polyester: 65% (or similar subject to approval from Corcraft)
Weight	5.5-6.0 oz. per sq. yd.
Shrinkage	3% max
Color	Jungle Green ( 19-5914-TC) or similar subject to approval from Corcraft
Sizes (See image in IFB PA25015 as well assize chart for measurements in inches)	S – 7X
Buttons	No metal snaps or buttons

Packaging requirements:

Work Shirts shall be boxed by size.
5 dozen per box.
The description, size, item code, and quantity shall be clearly indicated on the box.

available to download at www.corcraft.ny.gov. Please register online at
www.corcraft.ny.gov, click on Vendor/Bidding Info., and Register
for the Bid Notification and follow the instructions.

Please refer to IFB #PA25015's "Samples" clause on page 30 for additional information.
All question and inquiries regarding IFB# PA25015 must be submitted in
writing via email to the designated contacts at Corcraft.ProcurementServices@doccs.ny.gov citing the particular bid section
and paragraph number. Please reference "IFB #PA25015" on the subject
line of your email.

Contract Term: June 1, 2025 (pending OSC Approval) through May 31, 2028 (with renewal options

Location: Primary location Corcraft, Division of Industries, 550 Broadway, Albany, NY 12204. However, subject to change locations. To be used in Corcraft manufacturing sites acress New York State
