REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #25-22

GREEN ROOF MAINTENANCE, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for Green Roof Maintenance Services until 2:00 p.m., local time, May 2, 2025.  Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, an assessment of existing green roofs at two locations; the City of Annapolis Police Department at 199 Taylor Ave and Pip Moyer Recreation Center at 273 Hilltop Lane Annapolis Maryland, followed by maintenance of the green roofs and a survey of the as-maintained condition..

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
