Compressor Replacement on A & B make up air units
Scope of Service
Compressor replacement
Trane system 4 model: 2TWA0060A4000AB            Serial: 3391LMC2F
Trane system 6 model: 2TWA3060A4000AA            Serial: 9235WA22F
·         We will recover and dispose of burnt refrigerant to EPA guidelines.
·         We will replace (2) failed compressors, (2) liquid line driers, (2) 2 pole contactors, (2) condenser motors and blades, (2) capacitors .
·         We will add acid neutralizer to both systems .
·         We will evacuate system to 500 microns.
·         We will charge both systems with new r-407c .
·         We will start both systems and check for proper operation.
·         We will clean debris from the jobsite and check out with Maintenance Director.
