Work generally includes Removal of existing synthetic turf and infill and installation of new synthetic turf & infill, minor grading and fence repair.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on

starting at the Town of Madison/ Madison Public Schools - Facilities Department, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT. Contractors who are on record as attending the previous prebid meeting for ITB 25-1112 “Renovations to the Baseball Field at Daniel Hand High School” (Wednesday May 14, 2025) need not attend. Contractors are required to participate in a site visit to view existing conditions. This will be the only opportunity to view the project sites.
