Green Acres ES Cooler/Freezer Replacement

Project Description: The project consist of, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing HVAC system to improve the conditioned air in the existing Kitchen Area and auxiliary spaces (office, locker room, toilet, dry storage); the installation of a new utility distribution system; the replacement of the existing ventilation hood; the replacement of the existing cooler & freezer (floor, wall, and ceiling panels, evaporators, condensers, lighting, refrigerant piping, controls, and dry pipe sprinkler system); replacement of the interior lighting; and replacement of the acoustical ceiling and suspension system.
