Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by Ivyland Borough via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on April 22, 2026, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for:
BOROUGH OF IVYLAND
GREELEY AVENUE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
PHASE III
The project includes the installation of a new storm sewer trunk line and associated storm structures along Greeley Avenue between Chase Avenue and Gough Avenue. Work includes the removal of existing pavement and storm structures; the installation of storm sewer piping, structures, and temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; and the restoration of bituminous pavement and topsoil/seeding. This Phase III project is a continuation of the trunk line improvements being constructed under the Greeley Avenue Phase II project, which will be performed concurrently.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Ivyland Borough, or a Bid Bond in favor of Ivyland Borough in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The Work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
Ivyland Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
