26-039 Grease Trap Services

Grease Trap Service shall include the effective treatment of all areas related to cafeteria operations; including kitchen property, storage rooms, garbage rooms, locker rooms, dining rooms of all school cafeterias and any drains pipes, fixtures and grease traps connecting any part of the fore-mentioned including inside and outside the facilities if necessary.? The number of cafeteria sites needing service is subject to change based on District needs.
