Scope of Services
HCPS intends to identify qualified and experienced general contractors or plumbing contractors with grease trap expertise interested in providing services necessary to perform maintenance, repairs, replacement, cleaning and inspection of grease traps. These services will be used as needed throughout Hillsborough County Public School sites and district buildings. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, pipe and concrete work, installation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural components. The work will also include all labor, materials, delivery, unloading, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary. Projects exceeding $200,000 will require payment and performance bonds as mandated by F.S. 255.05.
