Grease Interceptor Services, Rancho Cordova, CA

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Grease Interceptor Services at the Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC) located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 for a term of three (3) years, in accordance with the technical specifications.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on April 21, 2025, at 11:30 AM PDT at the California Military Department, CHQC, Prospective bidders shall arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the job walk to check-in. For parking location, please do not enter the parking lot and park along Bear Hollow Drive and walk over to the outside of the Security Building where you will check-in with the Procurement Team. Perspective bidders must check-in with the Procurement Team, to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB.  Please allow enough time to check in with security. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Jessica Jauregui at Jessica.jauregui@cmd.ca.gov.
