2026 GRAYSON ROAD RESURFACING PROGRAM: Arbors of Grayson Subdivision & Various City Sidewalk Repairs, City of Grayson

Sealed bids will be received by the OWNER for a General Contractor to furnish all materials labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for paving improvements at Arbors of Grayson Subdivision & Various City Sidewalk Repairs located in Grayson, GA.

PROJECT SCOPE: This project has two components: (1) road resurfacing in the Arbors of Grayson, and (2) repairing concrete sidewalks in various locations in the Grayson City Limits.
(1) Road Resurfacing in the Arbors of Grayson: The project consists of edge milling, final coat of asphalt topping, striping of stop bars, adjusting manhole lids, leveling and patching of several ¿sunken¿ sections in the roadways due to sewer laterals settling, and patching a pothole at the amenity area driveway apron (in city right-of-way) all within the Arbors of Grayson subdivision. The curb and gutter in the subdivision looks good with no repairs needed.
(2) Various City Sidewalk Repairs: The project consists of removing and replacing several small sections of concrete sidewalk and grouting several chipped joints. The locations of these sidewalk repairs are in four (4) locations within the city limits: (1) along Grayson Parkway, (2) in Arbors of Grayson subdivision, (3) in Madison Park subdivision, and (4) in Georgetown Commons Phase I subdivision.

Bidders are required to provide lump sum bids for this project scope.

The Bid packages will be received and opened at Grayson City Hall, 475 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, GA 30017, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026. Any packages received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered by the OWNER.
