Place of Performance:
NOTE: Material delivery will be done in two phases:
1) Phase one, Delivery and tailgate spread of #57 stone, government will perform all roadway rehabilitation utilizing delivered materials. #57 stone is to be spread to a 3-4" depth. Supply of #57 stone is to meet a minimum of 30 loads per day.
2) Phase two, Delivery and tailgate spread of GAB, government will perform all roadway rehabilitation utilizing delivered materials. GAB is to be spread to a 5-6" depth. Supply of GAB is to meet a minimum of 30 loads per day.
See attached SOW in solicitation packet.
Vendors are asked to provide:
1. Pricing
2. Confirmation of delivery dates or indicate alternate dates for consideration (after deer season)
3. Statement that the vendor understands the standard for Georgia Department of Transportation standard General Aggregate Base (GAB), #57 stone, and Type 3 RipRap.
