Synopsis:

The Rural Municipality of Eye Hill No.382

TENDER – GRAVEL HAULING PROGRAM

2026 SEASON

1. TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders will be received by the undersigned for the loading, hauling, and spreading of road gravel for the 2026 construction season.

The municipality anticipates hauling approximately 20,000 cubic yards of gravel, however haul quantities are not guaranteed and may vary depending on municipal requirements.

Gravel will be hauled from municipal gravel pits to various road locations within the municipality as directed by the RM Council to RM Administrator to RM Foreman.

Tender Deadline

Tenders must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on April 6, 2026.

Tenders will be opened at the next Regular Meeting of Council following the closing date.

Submission

Tenders must be clearly marked:

“Gravel Hauling Tender – 2026”

and delivered to:
