Synopsis:

The R.M. of Rosthern 403 is inviting tenders for the 2026 Gravel Haul Program.
Work to commence: May - weather permitting
Quantity: APPROX. 20,000 – 25,000 cu. yds.

Additional Information:

Tender submitted MUST be on the prescribed form and must include:

Price per yard mile hauled and placed (all fees and taxes included)

If there is a minimum mile charge and the amount per mile (all fees and taxes included)

Price per yard loading (all fees and taxes included)

List all equipment to be used.
Bidding instructions and Tender forms can be found attached here or on the RM website, or at the office.
We would like the work to begin in May - weather permitting. Please supply your availability for work commencement date as well as finishing date.
Tender closes and will be open for review on April 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM.
Any tenders submitted after this will not be opened.
Tenders will be awarded at the April 14th 2026 Regular Council Meeting.
It is your responsibility to be sure the tender is received by the office by the closing date.
