Grasslands Solar Facility Repair

The County of Yolo is seeking bids for the repair of the Grasslands Solar Facility located at Grasslands Regional Park south of Davis, California at the intersection of County Road 104 and County Road 35. This facility is partly operational but remains damaged from a fire. The County seeks to restore this facility to full operational status.

Sealed bids on the above project shall be filed with Yolo County General Services Department, Procurement Division, located at 120 West Main Street, Suite C, Woodland, CA 95695, before 2:00 pm on January 5, 2025.

Amendment: Volume 1 - Project Manual extended the proposal and questions deadline.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the project site located at the Grasslands Regional Park solar field located southeast corner of the intersection of County Road 104 and County Road 35, Davis, California. The County shall allow a ten-minute grace period for tardiness to the job walk. Any questions that can be answered at that time by direct reference to the Contract, Plans and Specifications, will try to be answered. Questions that cannot be so answered will be addressed, as necessary, by written addendum. Submission of a bid shall be considered an acknowledgment of familiarity with the Contract, Plans and Specifications, and conditions at the site. Oral statements made during the bidding period may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
