Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms interested in graphic design services for eight major annual events. The successful offeror will work with the Town to provide continued graphic design services for eight events to include but not limited to logo, program, and advertisement designs throughout the fiscal year.
