Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide and deliver trellis systems to support planted grape vines in commonly used training systems as well as for irrigation frameworks to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. All the deliverables must be received on or before February 20, 2026. Solicitation of Offer Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
