NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (hereinafter referred to as “CFPUA” or “the Authority”) is requesting bids for Granular Activated Carbon Custom Reactivation for the Authority’s Sweeney Water Treatment Plant.

This work includes establishing a service arrangement between Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (Authority) and a Contractor for the purpose of custom potable reactivation of spent GAC media or supply of virgin GAC from contactors at the Authority’s Sweeney Water Treatment Plant, located at 1833 N. 5th Ave., Wilmington, North Carolina 28401.
