Request for Proposal (RFP)

The City of Compton is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations, community-based service providers, and housing agencies to administer activities under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP).

This RFP seeks proposals to implement one or both of the following components:

1. Supportive Services for qualifying populations, and/or
2. Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA).

Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

The City of Compton is soliciting applications from eligible nonprofit organizations for funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) HOME Investment Partnerships – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program. This NOFA is designed to strengthen nonprofit operating capacity and build organizational infrastructure to support the development and implementation of housing and services for qualifying populations, including:

• Individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
• Those at risk of homelessness.
• Survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking.
• Other populations requiring supportive services to prevent homelessness or achieve housing stability.
