2024 - Grants - Senior Meals on Wheel Program

The CITY OF COMPTON, through the City’s Manager’s Office and the Grants Division (the Division), is seeking proposals to operate congregate and home delivery meal services for the City’s Senior Meals on Wheels Program. The City desires to engage a single entity to provide the complete range of nutrition services, as described below, as an extension of the Department's staff. The full contracted scope of work shall be negotiated with the selected Proposer based on the services and fees proposed by the selected Proposer and/or required by the Grants Division. The required minimum Scope of Services is described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto.

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") describes the Senior Meals on Wheels Program, required minimum Scope of Services, Proposer selection process, and minimum information that must be included in the proposal. This RFP requests that each Proposer concisely state its qualifications and concept for how the Proposer and the Grants Division will develop a constructive and effective partnership.
