Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, (NRHA and/or the Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Grant Writing Services. Contractors shall identify, source, and pursue grant funding opportunities to support Norfolk's redevelopment and housing initiatives. This includes the transformation of public housing communities, the preservation of senior housing, the creation of single-family new construction projects, and acquisition-rehabilitation efforts to create affordable housing and homeownership in the city of Norfolk.
