GRANT WRITING AND IMPLEMENTATION. The City of Austin, MN, is seeking services for grant writing and implementation of a US EPA Community Wide Assessment Grant FY2026. A prior Community Wide Assessment Grant was awarded in 2022. The deadline to submit a proposal is July 25, 2025.
