Description: The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide evidence based substance use disorder services for incarcerated individuals in the two County Detention Centers as listed below. These include services after release in order to increase the connection to treatment and recovery support services. The purpose of the project is to reduce the recidivism rate of these individuals by 50% over a three-year period. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements below to submit a response to this RFP.
