Grant Development Resources

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of grant development resources including on-demand training, online education, and grant development support from Hanover Research as a sole source due to their depth and breadth of grant material in an online model for an unlimited number of proposals/projects at a fixed rate fee. The sole source is based on the uniqueness of the business model along with access to a wide variety of grant resources. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by January 30, 2023, at 5:00 pm PT.
