The County of Warren as Local Program Administrator (LPA), is seeking qualified proposals for a Grant Administrator to implement the Administrative Plan for 2025 Office of Community Renewal State Funded Housing Programs awarded to the County. If awarded, the Grant Administrator would be responsible for implementing the Administrative Plan for the Residential Emergency Services to Offer (Home) Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) and/or Access to Home funds awarded by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR). The Grant Administration shall be consistent with the respective LPA Manuals, policies and procedures that must also be followed and are enforceable along with the Administrative Plan and all aspects of the Program Grant Agreement.
