Summary

Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department) has a requirement for Grand Canyon National Park Airport Runway 3-21 Rehabilitation Project.

Process

The Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 9 AM Arizona Time via Google Meet. You are required to RSVP to Stacy Wiesner at swiesner@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than Friday, January 10, 2025 to receive a calendar invite for the Google Meeting.

Additionally, a site visit will be held on Tuesday January 14, 2025. You are required to RSVP to Stacy Wiesner at swiesner@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) no later than Monday, January 13, 2025.
